Introducing Our Spring 2026 Newsletter

March 2, 2026

We’re pleased to share our Spring 2026 newsletter, which brings together updates from an eventful and forward-looking year for the Foundation. Inside, you’ll find reflections on our October AGM, a behind-the-scenes look at the Trustees’ recent visit to the BDMLR North East Seal Triage Unit, and a glimpse of early spring at Joanna’s memorial bench.

Our newsletter highlights several grantee campaigns that continue to break new ground for animal welfare, from aquatic animal law education to innovative approaches to reducing human–wildlife conflict. There are updates from GGGI, news from previously funded projects, and a wander through the pages of The Natural History of Selborne—a reminder of how much both science and our relationship with wildlife have evolved.

We hope you enjoy reading it and come away with a sense of the breadth of work for animals being supported in Joanna’s name, and why this work matters.
